On second page of booklet there is an error !
When a Pc go exactly to 0 hp don't roll any dice, the result on the scar table is equal to the damage inflicted.

Sure! But I was a bit lazy throwing this together and the PDF is the source file lol. I just open the PDF in illustrator to edit and save as PDF.
