Hi man, I'm a member of the Italian community "Ruolatori Solitari" (Solitaire roleplayers), I found your "Solo toolkit" very interesting and I would like to translate/revisit it in Italian for the community.

If there are no problems for you, I would publish it on my itch.io (only the Italian version) as a free offer, possibly I would put in the description the link to your original version in English and a thank to you in the text, is it possible? Thanks in advance

sure! Got for it

Thanks man!  A few days and i'll upload it!

I have another question:
In a couple spots, you're able to get an 'encounter' or a 'small encounter' result. But there is no definition or table for those. What do you recommend?

I kept stuff like that vague so you could apply it to whatever game system you were playing, but I like to use the “small encounter” for stuff like finding an NPC or finding a small group of goblins or smth. Whatever would count as as a minor event.

For example, in my current game the characters are exploring tunnels under a mine. I rolled small encounter and they encountered a group of rock goblins who wouldn’t let them pass without a toll. They could have fought and probably easily killed them but who knows how many more would come? The characters just decide to pay the toll and move on.

In that same dungeon later, I rolled a regular encounter which the oracle said would be “challenging” so I found myself facing a giant rock monster that killed two hirelings and crippled a PC ;(

As far as inspo for what the encounter could be, I recommend you just use the encounter tables for the game/system you’re playing.

That's great guidance. Thanks for such a fantastic product!

This thing truly is the ultimate! Great work!
Any chance you'd do a layout in A5 or A6 single pages? It would be really great to be able to print it up as a booklet in Adobe Acrobat instead of having to tape two pocket mods together!

I’ll see what I can do!

I Uploaded a Booklet version!

Wow!!! You're incredible

happy to help lol

This works exceptionally well with your Blank Hex Map. Thank you for sharing.

Oh my god I'm in love with this! I think I'll actively use it in any exploration-based games even if they aren't solo because it's such a great tool!

Thanks! You make a good point this would be useful for a GM too

This looks cool, but it would also be nice to have a pages/spreads PDF format so that it's usable on a screen too.

Thanks for checking it out! I’ll upload a vertical and horizontal spread view tonight. There currently 1 page versions in the PDF too that aren’t a pocketmod too btw, may work for digital needs. Though I think it’s flipped upside down by accident.

Ahh I see them now-- it wasn't clear because they're all in the same file, so I would need to first split the pages out and then flip them

I updated the files on the project so you could just redownload the “horizontal” one  and be set I think :)
